Industrial Centerline Wafer Butterfly Valve - Product Introduction

The industrial centerline wafer butterfly valve is a preferred conventional valve specially designed for short-spacing pipe flanges. With its excellent performance and flexible adaptability, it is widely used in various industrial systems such as petroleum, chemical industry, food, medicine, light industry, papermaking, hydropower, shipbuilding, water supply and drainage, and metallurgy, mainly for flow regulation and shut-off operations of various media. This valve has a wide application range and can be used for various types of media including water, oil, gas, corrosive media (gas, liquid, semi-fluid and solid powder). It supports flexible installation methods, including vertical, horizontal and any other angle installation, which greatly meets the needs of different working conditions.
This centerline wafer butterfly valve has prominent core advantages, combining practicality and economy. It features a low flow resistance coefficient and a flow characteristic close to a straight line, enabling precise flow control; the valve is light in weight, easy to install, with small closing torque and labor-saving operation; it adopts a two-way sealing design, completely getting rid of the restriction of medium flow direction during installation, and is suitable for more complex scenarios; the structure is simple and compact, with low difficulty in disassembly, assembly and maintenance, and can realize quick opening and closing through 90° rotation, greatly improving work efficiency. In terms of corrosion resistance, the valve adopts the process of rubber-lined valve body and epoxy resin sprayed on the disc surface; some specifications can achieve full rubber lining of the valve body and disc, with excellent corrosion resistance. The epoxy resin and rubber materials both comply with the national standard GB/T 17219-1998, ensuring the safety and durability of use. At the same time, the flange connection method can be customized according to specific customer requirements to adapt to different engineering standards.
The valve has standardized technical parameters and stable and reliable performance. The nominal pressure covers three specifications: 0.3MPa, 1MPa and 1.6MPa, corresponding to the nominal diameters of 50-1800mm, 50-1600mm and 50-1000mm respectively; the seal test pressure and shell test pressure strictly follow industry standards, which are 0.66-1.76MPa and 0.9-2.4MPa respectively, ensuring the sealing performance and shell strength of the valve; the applicable temperature can be selected from 0-80℃, 0-130℃ and 0-250℃ according to working conditions; the actuation mode supports various types such as lever, worm gear, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic, adapting to different operation needs.
In terms of the selection of component materials, this valve strictly controls the quality to ensure long-term stable operation. The valve body is made of high-quality materials such as HT200, QT450-10, WCB and stainless steel, balancing strength and corrosion resistance; the stem is made of stainless steel or 45# steel, with high hardness and not easy to deform; the disc material is consistent with the valve body to ensure structural matching and performance unity; the seat is made of special sealing materials such as NBR (nitrile rubber), EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber) and FPM (fluororubber), with excellent sealing performance and long service life.
The entire process of design, production and testing of this product strictly follows relevant national standards, including the design standard GB/T 12238-2008, flange connection standards GB/T 17241.6-2008 and GB/T 9115 (customizable according to customer requirements), structure length standard GB/T 12221-2005, and pressure test standard GB/T 13927-2008.
