1. High Alumina Cement Composite Ductile Iron Structure: The main body is made of high-quality ductile iron with a tensile strength of ≥420MPa and an elongation of ≥10%. Its impact resistance is far superior to that of ordinary cast iron pipes, effectively resisting external influences such as underground construction settlement and soil stress. The inner wall and key protective layers are made of high alumina cement (aluminate cement), which has outstanding high temperature resistance and acid-base corrosion resistance. It can withstand the corrosion of organic matter in domestic sewage and the erosion of acid-base salt media in industrial sewage, and its service life is more than 30% longer than that of traditional pipelines.
2. Adaptability for Class C Special Management: Developed and produced in strict accordance with the Class C sewage treatment standard, the inner wall of the pipeline is smooth, the hydraulic friction coefficient is low (≤0.012), and the flow capacity is strong, which can reduce pipeline blockage and secondary pollution caused by sewage accumulation. The pipeline interface adopts a flexible sealing structure with excellent sealing performance, and the leakage rate is ≤0.03L/(m·h), which meets the core requirement of zero leakage for sewage transportation in Class C management.

Multi-scenario Resistance Design: Aiming at the organic impurities and grease in domestic sewage, as well as the high-concentration pollutants and corrosive media in industrial sewage, the product has undergone special anti-corrosion treatment, which can adapt to the sewage transportation needs of different scenarios such as residential districts, commercial complexes, industrial parks and sewage treatment plants. The pipeline has a wide temperature resistance range (-20℃~80℃), excellent frost heaving resistance and aging resistance, and can operate stably under complex geological and climatic conditions.
